Newbie thats need ur help plz

Hi all. I really need some advise plz. I used to follow ww plan, although I lost weight on it, I found it had too much temptation and ended up falling off the wagon sometimes. So now Ive started sw last week Thursday. I have stuck to the plan and had lost 2lbs in the first 3 days and since then Ive stuck. I know I shouldnt weigh myself all the time(wont have a choice soon as the batteries on low LOL) but I feel guilty that I can eat on this plan, even though its free. What I wanted to know is do some of you find red suits you better or do you have one day red and one day green. I have 8 stone to lose and I need a helping hand to stick to this, as I have a holiday booked next August and really want to get at least 4 or 5 off. xxSorry if I went on LOLxx

everyone is diffrent and you will soon find what works best for you, some people say all red some say all green.

i like green cos its cheaper and i find it easier to prepare

Like MB says the choice is your preference. I stick to Red Days. I dont think it really matters you just need to find what works with your body. Whatever you choose, keep variety, fill up on free foods and drink plenty. The weight will come off. xx

I prefer green but enjoy red as well. I try and alternate them so the family don't bored as well.

You have to forget ww completely when you do slimming world. Different rules apply! When I first started I thought "how can I lose weight when I can eat when I like". Let me tell you, it works! You don't have to go hungry on sw, I find it much easier to stick to than ww and haven't had the urge for a binge even after 2 months. Try not to weigh yourself more than once a week, because of water retention your weight goes up and down and it can make you lose heart. Be strong and have faith!

free food means free food - fill up on it and eat as much as you like. if you like your food then SW is for you.

forget the scales - your weight fluctuates all week. test the plan out - eat as much as you want and see what/if you lose.

i do green days all the time and i eat s**t loads of pasta and am still losing :)
