Newbie to Limpotrim Maintenance - please help

    I've just started on the Lipotrim maintenance as I've been doing WW and have lost over 3 stone this year but have reached a bit of a plateau and have run out of motivation. I found that I was making all the wrong choices with WW so decided this may be good for me as it makes me eat only when I am hungry!

    But I need help, i am quite hungry and the lady at the chemist hasn't been very helpful with telling what I can eat. This is my 2nd day and I have had chilli, a banana and an apple along with the chocolate mousse and the bar, is this allowed?

    My sister has been doing the full Lipotrim and she starts on the maintenance one next week but her lady is telling her she can eat more than me.

    Anyone any ideas what i can eat, if anything

    i would go for one healthy meal, ie veg,salad, skinless turkey-chicken 'palm of your hand in size' ,white fish,extra lean mince
    small jacket potato,two slices of bread or 4oz pasta-rice with your meal
    low fat salad dressings,fat free cottage cheese,skimmed milk,use the low fat cooking sauces and dont add oils, etc to your cooking.
    low fat yoghurts or low fat ww dessert for dessert,2-3 portions of fruit a day.
    try and drink at least two litres of water and cut down on diet drinks, then have your two maintenance products
    use sweeteners in tea and coffee

    think it is really just a case of cutting out the fatty,high cal food and having healthy snacks and meals.

    there is a maintenance section that you can read at the top of the main thread page that could give you some ideas for meals and snacks etc
