Newbie to SW

Story so far - 3 stone on in the past 3 years - mainly due to sitting on my backside eating rubbish! Half-hearted attempts at Atkins/Dukan - lost some but all plus more back on when i stopped(usually after about a week when I got sick of protein!). Joined SW 4 days ago - am amazed at how much you can eat! 3 lbs off already(yes, I know I'm not supposed to weigh myself but couldn't believe I could lose anything whilst eating that much! Won't do it again, I promise!) Little green book has become my best friend - would be even better as an app for my phone(anything out there?). Actually feel that I can do this for the first time ever - i'm not destined to be dumpy/matronly for the rest of my life. Got a work conference coming up soon - that's my short term goal - for people to say "You're looking good". Wish me luck xx
