Hi Everyone,

Hope you're all well???

I've been a yo-yo slimming world-er for the last 4 years but this time i'm more determined than ever.

I started in November and since then I've nearly lost a stone. I know its not the biggest loss but I am going for slowly but surely this time. If I lose 2lb a week (my average) that will have me at target before Christmas, so that's the plan!

Looking forward to hearing from everyone and I love the recipes on here, so inspirational!

Hi Viki,

I've joined today too and i note from your profile we are on the same diet, from experience and speaking to others I think it is far better to lose weight over a longer period of time as it's sustainable then and by the time you have reached your target weight your attitude and mindset will have permanently adjusted too so you will be less inclined to resort back to your old ways.

Good luck on your journey anyway, I need to lose approx. 3 stone to reach an ideal weight for my height x
