Just new to this site and wondering what page I should be posting on , there doesn't seem to be a generic slimming world page , or am I just missing it somewhere , HELP ????

You're on the generic page so you're doing it right! Just look at the titles of the threads and pop back and fore and you'll soon get familiar with the site.
