Newbie with 7 stone to lose!

Hi I'm new to the forum as well. I no exactly where you're coming from. I have had a weight problem for years now i'm really fed up . I go on holiday in july and would love to loss a few stone by then. I have just started doing a low carb diet with go lower & feel really positive this time round.
