Joined SW 3 weeks ago and have since lost 13 and a half pounds! I love this diet! Been to ww for years on and off, cant believe I never discovered this before now!
i am a total newbie to slimming world and literally just got the books and stuff last night. its all just massively overwhelming... can anybody give me any tips on how to remember everything or do i need to take the books everywhere i go?!! Also 13.5 lbs is increbible - well done!!
