Hi everyone, just came across this forum as I am looking for inspiration, recently started the Cambridge Diet after a few attempts. it. I used to be quite fit and active but I've had a rough few years and I've put ALOT of weight on and I know I need to get rid of it! Plus I have a holiday booked in six months! I'm 10 days into it now and I'm feeling really good :) Lost 16lbs in my first week which gave me a lot of encouragement. Thought I'd join this forum to help me through the inevitable tough times I may come across :)

wow 16lbs is an amazing loss, you must be made up with that.

My advice would be to keep using the forum, it's great for getting all the support you need..... good luck!

Thank you! I do feel great, I enjoy getting up in the mornings for work now as I feel better everyday! Glad I found this forum too.

Hi Omega, and well done on such a fab start !

CD really is the best ever, and you`ll find the weeks fly by, you`ll get into such a routine soon, that it all becomes second nature !!!
The forums are fab and there`s always someone who`ll know the answer to any questions !!!
