I started off with 7 stone to lose to get a healthy BMI and a personal goal of 6 stone to get back to where I was pre baby. Ive lost 4 stone so far with WW so it is definatley possible. I dont feel like I am on a diet at all it just my way of life now.
My biggest tip is to try new things/foods and find things that you really, truly enjoy eating that are low in points. If you eat thing you dont like often because its 'diet food' then you still 'treat yourself' with all the stuff that made you overweight in the first place. I have done that. I ate bananas everyday and salad with no dressing on one of my many diets and it didnt last long because I hated every bite. I need to look forward to my food and enjoy it, feel full etc Thats my secret to success anyway.
Things I love are shredded wheat or weetabix with hot milk and a little granulated sweetner. pittas filled with ham,salad,mustard,extra light triangle cheese and soup. roasted butternut squash with extra light mayo, rice cakes with triangle cheese, ham and boiled egg salad, baked cheese and onion crisps, ww ice cream pots, ww rice puddings. ahhhhhhhhhhhh mmmmmm. without these things I would be still 18 stone.
