    Thanks everyone,this is the first time Ive used CD,today being mt firstday...I guess my firstgoal is to get through the first day, I'll have to update me bits to track my progress(hopefully),feels like a supportive gang here.x

    Well done on trying CWP and good luck for your first day - you will do great if you just take it one day at a time... one day becomes two that then becomes a week and before you know it, you are ready for your first WI

    welcome, my big advice is take your measurements today! i didn't bother first time i did this and regretted it.

    its motivating to see the scales come down, but looking and the inches going down is another thing to smile about.

    oh and 2nd tip...

    take a honest before picture [again something i never did]. all my pictures of before me cleverly hide all the bits i hate!
    wearing fitted clothes. and take a new picture every week.
