Hi ya long time lurker :) determined to lose weight this time and keep it off. Have tried most diets over the years and lost a considerable amount but it all piled on again. I'm hoping I'm not the only one and any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for listening/reading.

Nice to see your first post of your life changing experience;)

Things that may help.

Dont give up, keep posting here. This place has stoped me quitting many a time.

Keep a log of your wks and loses in your signature, its your achievement wear it with pride.

Make a diary on here so you can read back through it when you feel your self walking away.

Dont be hard on yourself, the normal actionof having a nibble a choc bar or a takeaway. Makes us all throw in the towel, this place taught me that is so not necessary.

An evening hobby, and exercise.

Choose a wiegh day and stick to it:)
