Hi - my tip would be to plan at least what you are going to eat for the day. I like to put in what I am going to eat in the course of a week. Of course, it might change, but it gives me a good idea of whether I will have enough points and how many weeklies I have left to play with. Good luck!
my tip (being newbie myself) track every little thing that passes your lips. i find if i track i stick to it. i always tracked with sw and if i didnt then i would always have a gain x

Planning. I used to do SW and know that off by heart. WW is new to me so I'm unsure of PP values. I have to have some general plan of what I'm going to eat to make sure I stay within my allowance.
