Hi guys!

Im new to Minimins! Well i say new, i cant actually count the number of times i have dieted, joined minimins and fallen well and truly off the wagon!

I lost 3 & a half stone a couple of years ago and have slowly managed to gain 2 & a half stone so even though im not at my heaviest ever i have a long long way to go!

I had my first weigh in last week (wednesday) & tipped the scales at 17 stone 3. I am going to the gym once a week and eating around 1200 calories a day using the fitness pal app on my phone!

Looking forward to reading everyones meal ideas as i struggle to find interesting foods to eat!
