Hi, I have just started slimming world for the third time...and this time i am really determined to stick to it! I lost 2lb in my first week and another 2.5lb the week after. I went to group last night and had only lost 1lb :(! I go to the gym 5 times a week and run between 5k and 10k so I don't know why the weight loss seems so slow!? I'm feeling a bit down about it all and struggling not to reach for the chocolate so I thought I would seek inspiration and support on here! I follow EE and rarely have more than 5 syns a day....any ideas where I might be going wrong?

i think not having enough syns and doing all that exercise could be the problem.

If you are burning 100's of calories, your body will start to store fat if you dont have enough fuel coming into your body.

Up your syns i say!
