Hi, I have just started slimming world for the third time...and this time i am really determined to stick to it! I lost 2lb in my first week and another 2.5lb the week after. I went to group last night and had only lost 1lb
! I go to the gym 5 times a week and run between 5k and 10k so I don't know why the weight loss seems so slow!? I'm feeling a bit down about it all and struggling not to reach for the chocolate so I thought I would seek inspiration and support on here! I follow EE and rarely have more than 5 syns a day....any ideas where I might be going wrong?
