Hi everyone :)

Nice to meet you all, I'm Zoe . . Can i just say before i go any further, I have been reading some wonderful success stories and you all are doing so well, keep up the fantastic work!

I am a newbie and want to lose around 1.5 stone to 2 stone before July. (I go on holiday with my partners family and they are all really slim!)

I am currently 11 stone 10 (not too sure how much this is in lbs?) and am in size 14 clothes. I work in a busy office so i don't move around a massive amount however i do try to have a walk around the office block every hour or so.

I have access to my own wii and i have wii fit plus and dancing games such as just dance. I also have my own flabelos machine(vibration plate). I also have a pair of Easy tone trainers and a trampoline.

I was planning on calorie counting and some minor exercise first as you can see i have got a different range of exercise material.

Does anybody know how long it will take for me to lose that amount of weight?? Has anybody got any tips??

I was thinking of having around 1000 calories a day, will this work?

I need a good bikini body!!
