Extra Easy newbie

Hi everyone i am a newbie to this forum. I have joined slimming world tonight for the fourth time as i always give up after 3 weeks. I dont have much to lose 17 pounds but im fed up being a yo yo dieter. Anyone any tips or advice on the slimming world plan. Thanks
 
Plan your meals ahead be organised with what your eating and always have something in that is quick to do or eat for them moments when your really hungry and could easily pick up junk food. If you plan your meals there are so many nice things you can cook that are syn free there's even cakes that you can make that are low syns. Over time you will find alternatives to things that you love x
 
Thank you so much for your reply.Will sit down tonight and write out a menu for the week so i will no what to stock up on x
 
Think about what makes you give up after three weeks. What are you going to do differently this time to make sure it doesn't happen again?
