Hi, me to,I started this morning, doing step two, me and my partner, drink a pint of water before you have the shake and make the shake by filling your shaker, I been trying all weekend with it, and found that's the best way x
On day 6 and so far so good. First WI is on Thursday (tempted to pop on the scales now to see if i've lost anything but worried that i may be disappointed with what I see. On the other hand just happy o have made it this far and feeling great
