Step 1 Sole Source Newbie :)

Hi everyone, not sure how this works so I hope people can read this!

I'm 5 feet tall and weight 10.9 st which places me at the upper end of 'overweight' on BMI. I used to be around 8 st but since starting uni 3 years ago the weight has piled on from comfort eating. Although I'm looking to get as low as 8st now I would like to be 8.30 to get a healthy BMI.

I met my counsellor today and I'm starting the diet tomorrow on the sole source plan.

Any tips for motivation would be really appreciated :) xx
 
keep on here and read loads... try not to give in, and drink plenty....
