Not following any plan at the moment but a bit about myself!
I'm 29... 30 in 3 weeks. I work full time for Britvic Soft drinks as the night shift systems op! I look after my 2 year old son all day everyday whilst his mum works so i dont get much sleep. I wanna lose about 3 stone (i'm nearly 14 stone). I want to get back into my 32" waist jeans (currently 36" :-( ), we have a gym at work but tiredness seriously kicks in and i never can get motivated ... Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
