Hi everyone,
I am 26, living with my partner , 2 Kids, 2 cats and a rabbit! I weigh way too much. I avoid the scales so not too sure what I weigh.

I am just starting to plan going to a sw meeting. I can't until after the Easter holidays so I'm just online browsing about it all.
I was hoping my first meeting will tell me everything I need to know? Things like the different days, syns, etc or is it all just in the books I will get?
I've done diets and weight loss plans before but always give up. I think the meetings will help me stick to it or I'd just do it online.

My advice is get on scales and face it sooner you do easier it becomes after that.
Second if you can't start sw yet you can start a rough guide is
- no added fat for cooking
-fat and skin of meat
- reduce/cut out processed ready meals
-reduce cut out flour based sauces gravies etc
- reduce cakes, sweets, chocolate.
-increase, veg salad and look up recipes here.
That will see you through to your first class.

and start to wean yourself off bread. especially big slices of white bread.

Thankfully I do not eat much bread
