newbie

Guys ive messed up today, had some cake. My downfall is once i am bad i continue throughout the day and 'start again tomorrow' I need to find the will power to just stop and continue the day being good or not be bad at all.... anyone got any tips on promoting will power...

I'm the same at times,think you just have to draw a line under it & not get caught up in guilt & beat yourself up.Where'd you get the cake?I try not to buy my "triggers",my downfall items are crisps,cadburys chocolate & nutella,so now I buy low syn cornsnacks,avoid cadburys,get curly wurlys & as for nutella,I'd eat this with a spoon,shameful,so I buy a lidl or aldi version now for the kids,they like it (tastes like muck),so I'm not even tempted ;) Make a cuppa tea & sit down & remind yourself that it happens to us all & you're only human,be easy on yourself & I hope you enjoy the rest of your day ;)
