Hi everyone. I am new to this site, joined today. I have been following the site for a few weeks now and love the fact that there is so much support :).
I am doing SW at home as I hve no time to go to classes due to work commitments. I strted off well losing a stone then last week I was on anti biotics and have a major fall back and put on 6lb :(. I was mortified. But onwrds and upwards ( downwards in lbs :D ). I would be greatful for any tips and support with syns and recipes. Thanks in advance and good luck to all :).

I do a different diet :) I would suggest drinking more water, that will help. Its never easy when your ill though. SW stuff is not my strong point, but I'm sure someone in that part of the forum will know about syns and stuff.

Thank you firelass. I think if I drink anymore water I will burst! Finished taking them now so back to plan tomorrow.

Hi Tigerlily & welcome, why don;t you have a nose in the diaries & recipes sections, get an idea of what everyone else is up to.

Lost 2lbs last after a nightmare week. On and off plan, passing out in the street and being taken to hospital. But back on track today and feeling great! :) Good for the week ahead guys :thumbup:
 
Well I didn't feel to good this morning so didn't go to work. Only had boiled egg and a banana so far. All I can stomach at the moment, but am so hungry I could cry. :(
 
Had to go to the doctors this morning as my symptoms have not gone completely. Still have low blood pressure and feeling nauseous. After talking to the doctor we discovered that I am missing some meals in the day where I have been feeling too weak to get out of bed! Hadn't realised that at all. I thought I was doing well and told everyone so. Dreading telling my daughter, she will hit the roof and make me move in with her until I'm better. Well now I know better I have decided to post my meals so I can keep check on my intake. Wish me luck! :)
 
Started and posted my food journey this afternoon. Just finished for the day. Hope I can remeber to continue update regularly.
