Help plz newbie and completely lost..so tesco greek style yogurt 0 percent fat is this free...also can I have jarred spag sauce and dived up the syns per portion. .e.g family portions..also what us the syn value for tesco fresh mash im making cottage pie tomorrow and brought the mash before joining and I refuse to waste good food..thanks xxx

Hello, Yes Tesco 0% greek style yogurt is free. You can use the jarred spaghetti sauce, just divide the syns up for however many portion you are doing. I cant find the Tesco mash online BUT check the ingredients.....if there is added butter/oil then it will be synned, but not sure how much. Use the 20 calories = 1 syn rule.
