[STAYPUFT]

Hi everyone
I have just joined Slimming World (internet) after giving the Lipotrim diet a go for a week (never again)
I felt sick and had bad headaches all week, it was not for me.
I was a member of Slimming World about 10 years ago now and did very well loosing over 5 stones, put it all back on again plus more!!
I feel much better already and it's only my first day, i am on original and enjoying it.
Hope to get to know you all and good luck to everyone.
I am male, 6ft 4, 37st 4lbs.

Hi guys, thanks for the warm welcome.
Can anywon tell me if Linda Mcartney sausages are free on the green? I know im ok with Quorn Sausages, i was just curious.
Cant wait to weigh myself come Monday!

Good luck Staypuft. I'm fairly new to the SW diet but find it much easier to follow than any other diet I've tried in the past. So far I've been sticking to green days as I don't eat a lot of meat but will have a go at an Original day soon.
