I am starting WW tomorrow I have done it before but this time I am gong it alone as I work shifts and find it hard to get to classes. I remember last time I never used to eat allmy points, do you find you lose as well eating your full allowance? x

There are some fab losses on here and all from people who eat and enjoy all thier points.

There's a sticky thread entitled eating all your points, should you - well worth a read. You are more likely to keep the weight off if you eat all of your points.

I didnt eat all points and had good losses, this week I forced myself to eat them all and lost 4lb! I am going to try hard to eat all my points again this week and see what happens! :D Good luck!!
