Hi there, Another Newbie here
I am on day 1 of SS and have just had my butterscotch shake which was actually quite nice I have just over 7 stone to lose so it's going to be a long old journey but one I am very excited about arty0011: especially after looking at the inspiring before and after pics on the site, well done to all those people and let's hope that soon I can add my pic to it
I was also wondering if someone could advise me.... I am thinking of getting on my treadmill and excercise bike for half an hour tonight, is it wise in the first week?
