Hi there, Another Newbie here :)

I am on day 1 of SS and have just had my butterscotch shake which was actually quite nice :) I have just over 7 stone to lose so it's going to be a long old journey but one I am very excited about :party0011: especially after looking at the inspiring before and after pics on the site, well done to all those people and let's hope that soon I can add my pic to it :D

I was also wondering if someone could advise me.... I am thinking of getting on my treadmill and excercise bike for half an hour tonight, is it wise in the first week?

Hi Bevy, welcome to mini's and the world of CD!! it's a fab diet as you've seen from everyones pics, it really does work and the fast weight loss is such a big thrill!
I think booklet says to take it easy with excercise in the 1st couple of weeks unless you are used to it already, i found in I just didn't have the energy whilst on SS until after a few weeks and then i'd take real easy.

Hi there Lelly, thanks for the welcome :) Well I have had 2 shakes and they were quite nice but feeling slightly light headed so don't think I am going to try and excercise tonight, it's my TOTM too so I think a hot bath is in order when I get home from work.

I have to say it hasn't been too bad so far although from what I have read everyone seems to feel ok on the 1st day, I just keep telling myself that if I make it to the weekend then there is no stopping me :D
Welcome, you'll be suprised how quickly it falls off..The guys on here are fantastic and will help to keep you on the straight and narrow.
