My personal advice would be to follow the booklet with your pack to the letter for at least a couple of weeks so that you can see exactly what can be achieved before adding stuff in, swapping stuff around etc.

You'll love it!

I agree with Jan. If you follow it to the letter for a week or so you'll see amazing results (wow, I sound like one of those adverts haha).

The food is fantastic.

Diet Chef is the best diet I have ever been on! I agree with the girlies, stick to it to the letter at least for the first 5 weeks! I am on week 4 and still loving it!

Jan, Caroline and Jessica are all 100% correct. This is the best healthiest portion controlled and yummiest plan I have ever followed.:p
I don't deny I miss Chocolate and wine - but I am determined to follow it whilst I am paying out my hard earned cash to lose it!

Glad you're finding it okay. Great that you and your OH will be doing it together - soooo much easier than having to eat/prepare/cook different things ....... best of luck to both of you!!!
