I wanted to introduce myself. I've been lurking for a couple weeks now. I'm totally new to SW. I live in the States and a friend of mine from Scotlandintroduced me to SW. I love it! I have been on every diet in the world and this is totally the lifestyle change I needed. Unknowingly, you all have answered so many of my questions. I just thought it was time to say hello
