Hello All
I started back on SW 2 weeks ago and lost a total of 4 pounds which was fantastic,and that included excercise. This week I went off the rails as I noticed my weight was going up one minute and then staying the same the next,which discouraged me quite alot and I gave up. So this week I decided to look for a website for moral support ,tips and tricks to keep me motivated and thought keeping a food diary would keep me out of bother and help me see what I may be doing wrong on my diet plan. As I am new to Slimming World I dont fully understand how it works just yet lol.
