This is the first time on MiniMins, heard a lot about it in SW. I was a slow starter, problem is I like my food too much plus the alcohol, I do like a vodka or glass of wine when I'm out and one leads to two and so on. My daughter is doing the same diet as me which has helped me focus, she's doing very well. I hope to visit MiniMins everyday, and will let you know how I go. I have another stone and a half to go and with Christmas and New year it's going to be toughie, but I will do it. x :)
 
Good luck and welcome to MM, theres plenty of help and support here as well as plenty of great recipe ideas and helpful hints how to stay on track, did the SW thing and got great results before I packed it in and lost my way, just restarted it again at home and find this site a great source of inspiration
