Newcomer- Hi people

Well I started my new diet last week on saturday at 15stone11 and today i'm 15stone7

So lost 4lb this week, I am doing a healthy eating dieting, I have cut out fatty foods and Fizzy drinks and take aways.

So hope to get down to 12stone. Taking each day at a time.
