Newcomer- Hi people

    Well I started my new diet last week on saturday at 15stone11 and today i'm 15stone7

    So lost 4lb this week, I am doing a healthy eating dieting, I have cut out fatty foods and Fizzy drinks and take aways.

    So hope to get down to 12stone. Taking each day at a time.

    Hi and welcome, you say you are doing an healthy eating plan.....is it one you have devised yourself or, weight watchers, slimming world.

    Its just my own calorie counting and eating healthier.
