Hi, I'm in week 12 now, doing well and have already lost my 3 stone, but have got another 2 stone to lose. I'm being asked by my LL counsellor if I'm going into Management, but to be honest I can't afford to do anymore now.

So, when I've finished I'm going on holiday and then joining Weight Watchers. When I'm on holiday can anyone give me advice as to what to eat? (I was thinking fish/veg/salad...) but I'm a little unsure and don't want to put much back on in that week....

Hi Zebra, well done on your loss so far .... with having 2 to go that shouldn't take much time at all on WW. Re your food choices in the first week or so well it might be worth reading the RTM section on the LL section, there will be loads of advice on there I'm sure. But yes I'd say you'd be best with the meat/fish/veg and salads - avoid the carbs as much a possible.
