Newwww to the forums! :)

The reason I joined this forum was to get motivated into losing weight. When I join certain forums, I sometimes find they encourage me to do something (depending on the forum's purpose).

Anywho, last year I went from 140 lbs to 120 lbs. Yeah, I don't actually know how that happened. I am 5'4" as well.

Typical me, I'm still very unsatisfied with my weight, and would like to lose at least 10 lbs. Typical me, I'm too lazy to exercise
, and I don't have a decent amount of willpower either. So, hopefully, participating in these forums will give me a boost.

I think I do struggle with shifting pounds, because apparently I'm light for my height (even if I don't feel as if I am), and the lighter you are the harder it is to lose weight (as in it probably requires more effort).

So, yeah, hi everyone. I'm a nice person by the way. :)

Welcome to the forum :)

I must ask, why do you feel you need to lose weight, you are perfect for your age, height etc Just be careful.

I also saw that your dieting habbits can be abit yo yo, maybe just stick to healthy eating and treats and you'll just be able to maintain your current weight.
