I tried to get hold of a few flapjacks at my chemist on Monday, but they didn't have any 
So, I swapped with Miss Brite cos she had a couple and didn't like them.
I thought I'd give your recipe a go, you know the one where you make hot cereal/porridge..... and it is AMAZING!! OMG it is the best thing I have eaten in 3 weeks!
For those people who haven't heard of this and want to give it a go: 1/2 vanilla shake made with hot water and 1/2 flapjack crumbled in. I put in a couple of sweetners as the fj is quite savoury. It tastes like custard! and is strangely very filling.
