So warm and sunny today fancied something nice and filling so I'm having fresh Hake fillet topped with tsp wholegrain mustard and granary breadcrumbs. Roasted veg consisting of asparagus, shallots, garlic, courgettes and pepper, garlic mushrooms and some fresh baby potatoes. (Ps I'm cooking for four, not all for me!!!)
