    Im starting back plan tomorow after a long time off so starting this diary to try and keep me on track. My life is so busy at the moment with college and exams and looking after a family so going to have to be really organised this time round. I'm planning to try and do a big cook every sunday of lunches and dinners for through the week. Im also on a tight budget at the moment too due to going back into full time education, so hoping to pick up loads of hints and tips on how to get the best out of my weekly shop. I need to get this weight off, im starting to really feel that it is having a bad effect on my health now. Got about 8 stone to lose :(. Anyway startin plan tomorrow!!

    well weighed myself 17.7 :-O . So had my nice sw friendly brekkie , feeling motivated now, just hope i feel the same come 7 o'clock tonight. x
