That would just be the food and the salt will be gone again soon :) Are you down or up today drink plenty of fluid x

It's an UD but I think I might try and have an ID? Will see how it pans out, at least I know I have the flexibility to turn it into an UD if I need to :)
 
Ended up having just under 600 calories so going to class it as a DD. I'm full of cold and have felt sick so haven't wanted to eat anyway really (apart from half an hour this morning when I wanted to eat my arm!)
Tomorrow HAS to be a DD or else it will screw my week up, so I guess I'm doing my 1st DDD after all x
 
Well done I don't have a cold but also feel rubbish and barel ate until I decided roses would make me feel better ( they didn't )

Remember tomorrow can be an intermediate day just see how you feel . I am probably going to make tomorrow an ID as the thought if another dd feeling rough at work for a 12 to 13 hour day does not sound fun !!

Yeah might try for an ID, will see how I'm feeling. If I feel anything like I do now I'll be wanting to call into work sick and sleep all day. Just tooo Night nurse so going to zzzz now. Have a good day tomorrow x
 
Hope you feel better today. Well done on the stunning loss and fitting in the jeans....a great early christmas present. And don't worry about the ud gain, you know it can't be fat. The dd reading is the real one!
 
Thanks, but I feel worse :(. Was awake from 3am feeling sick. I just laid there hoping it would pass, because even though being sick makes u feel SO much better, I HATE it!
Anyway I called in sick and have been in and out of sleep for a few hours but just woke up and my head is really hurting. Oh woe me lol x

Thanks, feeling a lot better now. The sickness has passed, I've just got a headache and earache now. There was 10 children off sick today at the nursery I work at (the teacher txt me at lunch time to let me know) so this bug is obviously doing its rounds!
Looks like I'm going to miss Xmas lunch at work tomorrow! Oh well, there's always next year lol.

Today will end up coming to around 700 cals, I've had a plain slice of toast, a cider ice lolly and a Nuts about Caramel ice lolly. Will have some belvita biscuits or a weetabix bar before bed x
 
Well just weighed this morning and my weight has gone down to 9st 10.6!! So 0.2lbs less than my official weigh in on Saturday.
Thanks for everyone who reassured me the big gain wasn't real weight. On any other diet id have seen a gain of 4lbs and pigged out :)

Thanks, I'm really great now apart from this rotton cold. I did make it into work AND to the gym, so that's proof I'm ok now lol.

Was an UD today, but i haven't ate enough. Had 250 for breakfast, half of a Xmas lunch (on a small plate - no idea on calories). Then about 400 for tea. Going to have a cup of coffee and a Choc bar which is 180 soon. I really just haven't felt like eating today which is NOT like me, think its this cold.
Trust me to be starving on my DD tomorrow lol x

9st 10.06 ( was 9st 10.8 on official WI day) on the scales this morning after an UD! I just have to have a good DD (it's staff buffet today) and try to just have a tiny bit, then hopefully il see a loss in the morning x
