Nicola's JUDDD diary!

    Hello everyone, I thought I'd start a diary on here since I've been doing JUDDD almost a week.
    I've previously done slimming world the last 7 weeks and lost 1stone 2lbs. I love SW, but when I read about this diet I really wanted to try it, so here I am lol.
    Tomorrow I'll have done it for a week and I'll WI. Realllly hoping to see a loss!!
    Today is a down day and my other DD's have been whilst I've been at work, which I find easier..so today's been a bit of a struggle. I haven't ate anything yet, but I'm going to have a tin of soup (200cals) and possibly a boiled egg (70) later on.
    I've been skimming over the other diaries on here and it seems everyones doing really well. It's really encouraging to read :).
    So here I am! Lol. I'll try to post in here everyday x

    Thank you, been on juddd for 4weeks now (I think) lost 6lbs with it, was on s&s before for 4wks

    Ok so I've had a hard boiled egg so far, going to have a cup of coffee and then my soup at about 8.30.
    Soooo glad that this DD is almost over! Thought it would be easier if I didn't eat til later but tbh I think it's best when I have little bits throughout the day.

    We'll I weighed myself just now and last week I was 10st 9.8 and now I'm 10st 7.2, so lost 2.6lbs which I'm happy about! X

    I actually read your whole diary in about an hour earlier, it's really inspired me

    Oh lord thats an hour of your life you will never get back again :giggle: sweet of you to say that, I hope it was of some help but I do waffle on so I apologise x

    Thankyou. I'm finding DD's a bit hard to be honest!
    I had an Alpen Light for breakfast
    2 boiled eggs for lunch
    A tin of soup for tea. So it came to about 420 cals x
