Well after a lot of messing about i am the heaviest i have ever been 19st1
So decided that keeping a food diary on here might help me. I have decided to follow original days as i feel i lose better with them, me and lots of carbs don't agree. need to start exercising too.

So food for today:

Brunch: 3 pagan wholegrain krisprolls with 2 dairylea light cheese slices (a and b) and scrambled eggs, large glass of water

not decided on dinner yet x
 
well after falling off the wagon i am back again today, going to start doing red days.
brekkie: half melon with strawberries, blueberries and mullerlight
lunch: 230g baked potato, left over chilli and hexa of cheese with salad
