Nics journey!

Day 2
B- bacon, 2x eggs, 50g mush, 1 tsp oil, 1tsp butter
Lunch- tuna steaks, 90g cabbage butter, home made cheese sauce- double cream+cheese simmered.
Tea- prawns, Mayo, avocado + sslad
250mls soya milk
This seems loads of food!

Thanks, think I had too much fat and dairy yesterday, I have the soya milk throughout the day on my tea, maybe had a bit too much cheese sauce???

60 percent of your days cals should come from fat. It doesn't look like too much fat or dairy to me.
