Night out and food?

im going out for a night out on Wednesday and going for food before it, will one night of drinking make a difference to my weight?

Will I ruin my progress? I'll be back on track on Thursday

What are you planning to drink?? I would stick to spirits and diet mixers. ie: vodka diet coke, gin and slimline tonic. Dont get sucked into the "double up for £1 option" it also doubles your syns.
Just go out, have fun and get straight back on plan the next day.
 
Yea I do usually drink vodka and Coke and things like that, don't like beer or cider really! Should I even syn the drinks or just have fun? and I'll be back to normal next day.

Plus Its very rare I go out drinking so this is like a one off really
 
When's your weigh in day if it was me I would make wise food choice then drink an just lower my syns for the rest of the week even if you gain a pound or stay the same you have had one night out you know why you have stayed the same an that weeks gone onto next weeks loss is the way I see it if it's only once in a while
