Im planning on starting LT again on monday 4th but iv got a big weekend planned on 8th and 9th!!!!! Can i drink diet coke for the 2 nights out? or should i just have water?

Just have water hun. No other drinks apart from those specified on the LT bag are allowed xxx

yeah really it wouldnt be worth it, especially not so soon after starting, if you break the rules straight away you'll keep breaking them and if you look at the members on here that did that, they'll tell you it was a disaster. just stick to water or sparkling water. its no worth it just for some soft drink , sur it wont make your night any better anyway. xx
