Night shift on WW HELP PLEASE!

I always count my points from the day I start on the nightshift and then count it as a new day once i've had a good sleep and i'm up and about in the afternoon if that helps

Yeah I would treat the night shift as the start of a day too x

I used to do NS and did like the others said and start a new day when you wake up. Tis easier especially if you have days off inbetween like i did. Good luck anyways.

Hi guys thanks for all your input yesterday. Wee update - I used yesterdays points up until midnight last night for my 11.55pm cereal and then managed not to eat another thing all night! I am so impressed with me :D So just up and have started todays points as advised thanks again x x
