Just started ww again today after a break of 2 years. I am nightshift tonight (i didn't work shifts last time I was on ww) and I am at a total loss which days points to use as I have to eat when I'm n/s other wise I have no energy? x x
I always count my points from the day I start on the nightshift and then count it as a new day once i've had a good sleep and i'm up and about in the afternoon if that helps
I used to do NS and did like the others said and start a new day when you wake up. Tis easier especially if you have days off inbetween like i did. Good luck anyways.
Hi guys thanks for all your input yesterday. Wee update - I used yesterdays points up until midnight last night for my 11.55pm cereal and then managed not to eat another thing all night! I am so impressed with me So just up and have started todays points as advised thanks again x x
