nightshift help

Hi everyone,
this is my first week, and I work nights 10pm till 6am, so i was wondering if anyone has anyone else working nights and have you got any tips or sugestions regarding how i should plan my meals, my lunch break is at 3am.

What's your awake / sleep pattern outside work and at weekends? That might dictate what you do a bit.
