Nightshift snacks

Can anyone suggest some low pp snacks that i can eat on nightshift? Something quick and easy to chuck in the micro that is substantial.
 
I take a selection of fruit, WW soup, poss a ready meal if no soup, mini Cadbury choc bar for 3PP, a packet of 1PP WW sweets, baked oddities... Just random stuff really. A big variety!
