Nijigasumi and the EE adventure

So today I have been reading everyone's food diaries and I thought it might help me if I did one of my own. I have my first weigh in tomorrow after I started last Monday. I work shifts so I find it difficult when I'm on the early shift, I get up at 04:30 and I have to have something to eat before I go to work, the late shift aren't too bad. I'm on a week of earlies starting Tues, so hopefully this will help me.

So if any one spots I'm doing anything wrong, feel free to correct me. :)
If anyone else does shift work any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Right I must get started with this.

So far today I have had for Brunch (got up late)

Baked Beans, Tinned Tomatoes, Bacon with all the fat removed, Scrambled eggs and a Persimmons fruit.
HexB- Hifi chocolate orange bar
Nescafe Cafe Menu Skinny Latte (3.5 syns)

I have also done 10 minutes of Hula hooping :)
