Nikki's post - pregnancy time to get to target SW diary!

Not sure what happened with the scales over night.

Yesterday I was 10st 11.75lb on my scales, this morning 11st 0.50lb hmmmm thats a massive jump.


Food yesterday was as follows....

Brunch - verg and corned beef soup - 2 syns + HEXA cheese.

Dinner - Sausage, onion & bean bake with slice potato and a cheese sauce - 7 syns

Syns - hot choc - 3 syns, gold bar - 5.5 syns, choc ball - 3.5 syns, bite of OH's cookie - 2 syns

Total syns - 23/105

I will alter the syns I have from now to reflect this.

Todays food looks like this -

B - Pineapple

L -

D - chicken parmo (syns + HEXA) chips & salad
 
Nikki, we've both been in this SW life for a long time to know that our bodies are the strangest of creatures and the scales are even weirder lol! Thats the trouble with weighing daily cos you see the natural fluctuations and as long as you can mentally cope with that, keep doing it, but you know they'll probably be back down again tomorrow. Dont forget it takes an extra 3500 calories to put on a pound, so you havent eaten over 7000, so just ignore the retched things! x

Isn't it weird. My scales today are the lowest they have been since January. I feel sooooo skinny! Its so odd, i think its because I limited the potato/pasta yesterday and I had a roast for dinner and I had loads of carrots, onion and broccoli with a tiny bit of chicken and about 1 tbsp of mash. I was so full but obviously full of the correct foods. Weigh in day tomorrow and supposed to be out at the pub tomorrow night but now i'm feeling good and the scales are dropping... eeekkk!!

Ah that's great hun. Eating lots of superfree fills you up with good stuff!!! I wouldn't worry about your night out, you are allowed to have treats, just try and incorporate most of it into your syns. Well done hun! X
 
Wooo hooo 2.5lb lost at official weigh in last night!

Home scales this morning are saying 10st 9.75lb so happy with that :)

I have to weigh in on Monday next week so I only have 4 full days to get a good loss. Really want another 2.5lb so really going to try.

It is 3 weeks today until the ball. Need to do a couple of detox days I think if I want to reach my target which is 9.5lb away!!

This is an achievable target for me because I have done it many times before but it is having the motivation to do it!

Weigh in today was 10st 10lb, as silly as it sounds I have had a few dentist appointments over the last 2 weeks and each time I have been the next day the scales have jumped up a little bit, dont know if its because of the numbing they do.
 
I can't wait to get paid and do a food shop!! I've got all my bits for my speed corned beef soup so I'm going to get that in the slow cooker and that should see me through until Fridays pay day.

It's date night tonight.

Homemade bread with pate.

Homemade haddock risotto

Homemade cookies.

Wine is chilling and I'm waiting for the other half to get home from a job.

I put a bag of frozen casserole veg, 1 or 2 potatoes, a tin of tomatoes, a tin of baked beans, some dry spaghetti about enough for a 1 person serving, veg stock (enough to cover the rest of the veg that isn't already under the beans and toms) and half a tin of corned beef. I slow cook it all day and then I portion it into 6-8 portions and add the remaining corned beef. I then freeze the portions and each time I want some I defrost it, cook it on the hob and then slightly mash it and serve with my HEXA cheese. Bloo*y lovely and 2 syns a serving! X
 
Soooo not looking forward to weigh in this week!!

Especially as i am weighing from home i am worried because i know the scales are slightly different than slimming world. Probably only 0.5lb but still.

Yesterdays cream tea was beautiful but the scales are 2lb since yesterday so i'm hoping by the time its weigh in which will be tomorrow or thursday they have rectified themselves even just a little bit! Might have to skip this weeks WI because i am staying at my parents and not sure when i am returning home. We have only 2 weeks until the house is being valued and out on the market and we have lots of plastering and painting being done to make it look amazing and so dont really want Millie in the house.

Also, i'm setting a mini challenge. I WILL NOT WEIGH EVERYDAY THIS WEEK, THE NEXT TIME AFTER THIS WEEKS WI WILL BE NEXT WEDNESDAY!!

Almost every night I think I'm not going to weigh in the morning, but never manage it, I'm so afraid of missing something! Lol. Good luck. x

Millie is great thanks hun. She has a nasty chesty cough at the moment though :-(

I was down to 10st 9.5lb on Friday. Want another 5lb off before Xmas but I'm now weighing on 14th & 21st and maybe Xmas Eve!

Another lb off, that's great!! Your on a roll!!

BabyB has a cold too, unbelievably snotty! Hope Millie's feeling better soon. BabyB is great, 1 next week!! X
